Daniel was one of the subjects of my first documentary about the school, 2e: Twice Exceptional. He was charming, funny and a brilliant musician; he was a member of a successful rock \u2018n\u2019 roll band, The Scarlet Opera. Daniel lost his battle with Stage IV esophageal cancer on April 21, 2025. He was 33 years old.
